Who we are.

Anson and Curtis was brought to life in 2014, with the vision to bring delicious, seasonal and beautiful looking food to your plate. Our partnership is based on a passion for high quality ingredients, innovative ideas and attention to detail. Here at Anson and Curtis we feel we go above and beyond, it’s just who we are.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth simply adores cooking, it truly is her passion. She loves creating new and exciting dishes, developing bespoke menus for special occasions, ensuring each event has its own personality and clients are made to feel special. Her time at Leiths School of Food and Wine helped her consolidate her skills and refine flavour combinations.

Caroline

Caroline is kept busy in the office orchestrating events and liaising with our clients. She is super organised and loves bringing events to life, be it an office delivery, wedding or dinner party! She of course still puts her training at Ballymaloe under Rachel and Darina Allen to good use and gets her hands dirty in the kitchen.

Hettie

Hettie joined the team in October 2023. Having also studied at Ballymaloe, she developed a strong culinary foundation, which complements her background in the food and drinks industry. Prior to joining us, Hettie worked in supply chain and operations for several renowned companies, including Rude Health. Her expertise in operations seamlessly translates into her work in the kitchen. Outside of cooking, she’s known for her love of tidying and is always the first to rearrange the dry stores to ensure everything is perfectly organised and easy to access. Hettie’s blend of culinary knowledge and logistical prowess makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Our Team

We are so lucky to have a tight knit group of exceptionally professional waiting staff and freelance chefs on hand to work with us.

“Thank you so much for everything. It was beyond fantastic, the food was amazing and so was the clean-up operation, which we were super impressed with. It was a fab night!” - Vicky Clarfelt - London.
